An excessively high pH value can disturb the biological balance in a garden pond or koi pond and negatively affect the wellbeing of fish. With pH Minus 1 kg powder, high pH values in pond water can be reduced in a targeted and controlled way.

The ideal pH range for pond water is generally between 6.5 and 8.0. If the value is clearly above this range, it can become problematic, especially with a high fish stock, strong sunlight or insufficient filtration.
