These air distributors were specially made for the 16mm air hose.
The connection of the air pump with the distributor can be made with an air hose 18x22mm or with the rubber elbows supplied with the Hiblow air pumps.
If you choose the connection from the air pump to the air outlet as large as possible, this helps to better utilize the performance of your pump.
